The 2018 (0.375) WHITE VENETO PASSITO Acinodoro is a still wine produced by LA MONTECCHIA Conte Emo Capodilista, located in the renowned region of Veneto, Italy. This IGT red is made from moscato giallo grapes grown in south-facing vineyards, at altitudes between 20 and 120 metres, on medium-textured soils with trachytic outcrops. The grapes, harvested at the right maturity, are left to dry until December, then gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel, giving the wine a unique and well-balanced character.
