The 2021 Grosso Lambrusco di Modena Dosaggio Zero M.C. by Paltrinieri is a refined and authentic expression of Emilia Romagna, produced in the renowned Italian region with SQNPI certification. This red DOC Lambrusco stands out for its elegant bubbles, the result of white winemaking using the classic method and a long maturation on the lees, which gives the wine a very fine and persistent perlage and a complex, harmonious bouquet. Vintage: 2021 Alcohol content: 12 Winery: G.D.C (Geneva Double Curtain), Sylvoz. Harvest/Vintage: 10 September Organoleptic notes: Coppery, golden reflections, onion skin, very fine and persistent perlage. Toasted notes, almost caramelised dried fruit, green hazelnut, floral notes, balsamic and resinous hints. Bouquet of aromas. Fresh, savoury and elegant. Soil: Loose, fresh and with a good presence of organic substances. Vineyard: "Cristo" vineyard in Sorbara, 15 hectares. Winemaking/Aging: Free-run must vinified in white, fermented in bottle using the classic method. Aged on the lees for 24 months with subsequent bottle aging for 6 months. Yield per hectare: 120 q.li/Ha A versatile and refined wine, ideal for accompanying moments of conviviality and traditional Emilia dishes.
