This IGT originates from vineyards located 230 metres above sea level, on clay-limestone soils with a south-facing exposure. The harvest takes place by hand in the second half of August, with collection in small crates, and the winemaking is carried out in white, respecting traditional and sustainable methods, such as renewable vine cultivation.
