The 2021 (1,500) PINOT NERO ROSÉ Vo' Millesimato M.C. in a gift box BIO* is a rosé sparkling wine from VALLAROM, originating from the heart of Trentino, Italy. This organic and vegan wine is made from vineyards located on limestone-dolomite soils in the areas of Ventrat and Masi, where cultivation follows traditional methods such as Trentino pergola and Guyot pruning, ensuring quality and respect for the environment. The vinification in rosé, with gentle maceration in contact with the skins for 18 hours and fermentation in steel at controlled temperature, gives the wine a fresh and refined character. Vintage: 2021 Alcohol content: 12.5 Winery: Simple Trentino pergola – trellis with Guyot pruning, maximum 12 buds for both. 4800 plants/ha for the pergola and 6200 for the trellis. Organoleptic notes: Of an intense and vibrant colour, with lively aromas of raspberry, berries, and rhubarb. On the palate, it is an explosion of life: savoury, fresh, and long. Very balanced, with fine and persistent bubbles. Soil: Limestone-dolomite Vineyard: Ventrat and Masi Vinification/Aging: Vinification in rosé (de saignée) with maceration in contact with the skins for 18 hours in the press, fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. Yield per hectare: 45 q.li/Ha A wine that stands out for its elegance and freshness, ideal for accompanying moments of conviviality or for those wishing to discover the rosé sparkling wines of Trentino in organic and vegan versions. It is recommended to taste it chilled to fully appreciate its balance and persistence.
