This organic and vegan wine is made from vineyards located on limestone-dolomite soils in the areas of Ventrat and Masi, where cultivation follows traditional methods such as Trentino pergola and Guyot pruning, ensuring quality and respect for the environment. The vinification in rosé, with gentle maceration in contact with the skins for 18 hours and fermentation in steel at controlled temperature, gives the wine a fresh and refined character.
