The 2024 INCROCIO BRUNI 54 Versus by VIGNAMATO is a still white IGT wine from the hills of Castelli di Jesi, in the Marche region of Italy. Grown on medium-textured clay soil at an altitude of 250 metres, this wine originates from estate vineyards with a south-southeast exposure. The harvest is manual, carried out in crates, and the winemaking involves soft pressing and fermentation in steel, with a brief stay on the lees to preserve the intensity and freshness of the aromas. Vintage: 2024 Alcohol content: 12.5 Winery: Guyot Harvest/Vintage: Manual, in crates Organoleptic notes: Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, aroma of white acacia flowers, jasmine and a bouquet of citrus fruits such as pineapple, grapefruit and orange, apple, pear and mango. Fresh and pleasant taste, with softness and sapidity in excellent balance. Soil: Medium-textured clay Vineyard: Estate vineyards on the hills of Castelli di Jesi (San Paolo di Jesi), in the Marche region, in the oldest area defined as Classica. Surface area 1.50 Ha, Altitude 250 m a.s.l., south, southeast exposure, density 3000 vines/ha. Winemaking/Aging: Soft pressing, static decantation of the flower must, fermentation in steel tanks, and subsequent brief stay on the fermentation lees. All stages are carried out in an oxygen-free environment, in inert gas-saturated spaces to preserve primary and secondary aromas.
