The 2019 (0.500) PASSITO CALUSO Eva d'Or by ROBERTO CROSIO is a still white DOCG wine from the Piemonte region in Italy. Produced at the Pergola Canavesana winery, this passito is made from hand-harvested grapes in crates from the vineyard situated on the hills of Caluso, at an altitude of 320-350 metres above sea level, on a morainic soil rich in gravelly debris and sand. The drying of the bunches takes place in a drying room for about four months, followed by fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 18°C, which gives the wine its structure and finesse.
