Harvest/Vintage: The harvest is carried out in perfect ripening conditions during the month of October. Organoleptic notes: Intense and vivid ruby red colour. On the nose, it is clear, fruity, slightly spicy and balsamic with notes of raspberry, aromatic herbs, and dark cherry. On the palate, it is agile, very pleasant, and deliciously drinkable. Soil: Light and sandy for Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenère, clayey with excellent drainage for Merlot. Winemaking/Aging: Spontaneous fermentation and maceration for 12-15 days in small concrete tanks with various daily pump-overs and sporadic délestage. After racking, malolactic fermentation takes place in the same tanks where the wine remains in decantation for several months. Yield per hectare: 50-60 q.li/Ha for spurred cordon and guyot, 80-90 q.li/Ha for single and double Trentino pergola.
