The 2021 AGLIANICO Irpinia Vigna Quattro Confini is a still red wine produced by Ferrara Benito in the renowned Campania region, Italy. Coming from vineyards located in Montemiletto (Av), this DOC expresses territorial identity through an intense ruby red colour and aromas of forest fruits, particularly sour cherry and violet. The harvest is carried out manually with careful selection in the vineyard at the end of October, while the winemaking involves whole grape crushing and medium maceration with fermentation in stainless steel.
