The 2024 Sauvignon Colli Orientali by Grillo Iole is a still white wine that originates from the renowned region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy. Vintage: 2024 Alcohol content: 13 Winery: Cordone speronato, guyot Harvest/Vintage: Manual in crates with selection in the vineyard. Organoleptic notes: It impresses with its intense yet delicate aroma, clear vegetal notes with a predominance of fresh pepper and sage. The taste is soft, intense, yet balanced. Vineyard: Albana di Prepotto Loc. Gleria di Sora. Area 0.3ha – vines/Ha 3900. Winemaking/Aging: Destemming and cold maceration without the aid of enzymes, soft pressing and decantation of the must at 10-11°C, alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 18°C. Cold stabilization at a temperature of 4-5°C for a duration of 5 days. Aging on the lees for about 2 months.
