The 2023 (1,500) VignadiMilo CARRICANTE is a still white wine produced by I Vigneri Salvo Foti, an authentic expression of Sicily and its volcanic land. This DOC is made from Carricante grapes grown at 900 metres above sea level on sandy-volcanic soil, in a vineyard facing east, with a planting density of about 10,000 vines per hectare. The harvest is manual and the winemaking occurs without the use of biotechnology, with racking and bottling following the lunar phases, in respect of tradition and the environment.
