This Barolo originates from vineyards located in the municipality of Barolo, cultivated at an altitude of 250-260 metres with south-east and south-west exposure, which give the wine its typical structure and complexity. Vintage: 2020 Alcohol content: 14.5% Winery: Guyot Organoleptic notes: Intense ruby red colour. On the nose, rich in red berry and with hints of oak and vanilla. Full and concentrated, with visible tannins and splendid fruit. Complex and complete, full-bodied, with plenty of fruit and rounded tannins. Vineyard: Vineyards in the municipality of Barolo, vine density/Ha: 5000, planting pattern, altitude: 250-260 metres, exposure: south-east, south-west. Winemaking/Aging: Crushing and destemming, maceration with skins for about 10 days at a maximum temperature of 29-31°C.
