The (0.375) PROSECCO EXTRA DRY M.M. is a sparkling white wine produced by Albino Armani Viticoltori since 1607, a historic winery located in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia. This DOC label is made from grapes hand-picked in mid-September from the hilly vineyards of the typical foothill area, cultivated on very light soils rich in skeleton. The winemaking process involves primary fermentation followed by a secondary fermentation in autoclave, interrupted to maintain an extra dry residual sugar, which gives the wine a balanced and refined character. Format: 0.375L Alcohol content: 11 Winery: Guyot Harvest/Vintage: Manual in mid-September. Organoleptic notes: Straw yellow colour. Fine and elegant on the nose, with fruity and mineral notes. On the palate, it is long and savoury, with pleasant acidity balanced by a lovely sweetness. Soil: Very light soils rich in skeleton. Vineyard: Hilly area in the typical DOC foothill region. Winemaking/Aging: A few months after primary fermentation, the secondary fermentation in autoclave is carried out; this second fermentation is not completed to achieve an extra dry residual sugar. A versatile and harmonious wine, ideal for accompanying moments of conviviality and light dishes. The (0.375) PROSECCO EXTRA DRY M.M. represents a quality choice for those wishing to discover the bubbles of Friuli Venezia Giulia signed by Albino Armani. It is recommended to serve it chilled to fully appreciate its finesse and pleasantness.
