EXTRA PINOT NOIR ZERO DOSAGE from CHAMPAGNE BINON-COQUARD is a refined champagne from the Champagne region, known for its elegance and structure. This white wine stands out for its bright straw-yellow colour and a persistent line of bubbles, the result of hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes carefully pressed in a horizontal press. The vines, planted in clay and chalky soils, give the wine a unique complexity, enhanced by careful vinification with controlled temperature fermentation and ageing on Solera. Format: 0.75l Alcohol content: 12 Vintage: The grapes are hand-picked and the entire harvest is pressed in a horizontal press. Organoleptic notes: Wine with a bright straw-yellow colour and a persistent line of bubbles. On the nose, it is pleasant and soft, typical of the Pinot Noirs from the Côte des Bars. We detect lychee combined with a lovely freshness of white fruit flavours. Initially, a distinctive sensation of peach and acacia notes illuminates the palate, leading to a roundness and structure from the Pinot Noir. This is followed by a wonderful and long interlude full of red fruit aromas. Soil: The vines are planted in clay and chalky soils. Vinification/Ageing: Thanks to the use of temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, decantation and alcoholic fermentation occur at 18°C, with malolactic fermentation at 20°C. The wine undergoes filtration before bottling. Reserve wines age on Solera. A glass of EXTRA PINOT NOIR ZERO DOSAGE is ideal for those who wish to appreciate the purity and finesse of a champagne without added dosage, perfect for accompanying moments of conviviality or delicate dishes. We invite you to discover this unique wine, an authentic expression of the territory and tradition of CHAMPAGNE BINON-COQUARD.
