The 2021 CHARDONNAY GARDA Bali' by TREVISANI represents an excellence of Lombardy, Italy. This still white wine is produced from a vineyard located 380 metres above sea level, in a glacial morainic soil rich in sand and silt that ensures excellent natural drainage. The manual harvest, carried out in mid-September with selection in the vineyard, and the traditional winemaking with brief cryomaceration and fermentation in wooden and steel barrels, enhance the characteristics of a wine with an intense straw-yellow colour and aromas of ripe fruit such as apple, peach, and banana. Winemaking/Aging: Traditional white, brief cryomaceration, soft pressing, fermentation partly in 5 hl wooden barrels and partly in steel.
