This IGT sparkling wine is made from hand-picked grapes in 12 kg crates and carefully vinified through a process that involves cooling at 2°C for 72 hours and low-temperature fermentation, ensuring a quality product that expresses the character of the limestone terroir at 340 metres above sea level.
