This IGT rosé is distinguished by its pale pink colour with garnet reflections, the result of careful vinification that involves cooling the grapes to 2°C for 72 hours and fermentation at low temperatures, with part of the wine aged in French oak barriques. The calcareous soil with medium texture at 340 m above sea level contributes to giving the wine a fresh and saline character, enhancing the aromatic notes of pomegranate, citrus, and red pastry. Alcohol content: 12 Vintage: Hand-harvested strictly in 12 kg crates. Organoleptic notes: Its pale pink colour, enriched by garnet reflections, anticipates a fascinating and innovative aromatic profile. Vinification/Aging: Cooling of the grapes in a cold room at a temperature of 2°C for 72 hours, pressing of whole grapes with a yield not exceeding 50% and fermentation of the must at low temperatures. 25% of the wine is made in medium-toasted French oak barriques, subjected to malolactic fermentation and during tirage is blended with the mass aged in steel. Yield per hectare: 7,000 kg/Ha.
